The tragedy with the situation in Burma is manifold, but it’s all the more tragic Bob that a hero of the world (certainly of mine and likely of yours also) is complicit in the grnocide because she refuses to speak against her own where once she would have implored the world to speak and act against the junta. The daughter of a Burmese nationalist seems to be a Burmese nationalist herself rather than the humanitarian she had seemed to have become.
